Listing Rules: Floristry Trade Club 

Florist Trade Club members who have signed up for an Email, Corporate, Business or Individual Subscriptions are granted access to list items on the Community Noticeboard on the Site. By creating a listing, you  are required to comply with these Listing Rules when you use the Service. 

Please note that these Listing Rules are a part of our on the Community Noticeboard, you are agreeing to these rules and our Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to these rules and our Terms & Conditions.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Listing Rules will have the meanings assigned to them by the Terms and Conditions.


Some listings are free to post, depending on your Subscription type. 

For listings where a charge is applied, we will send through a secure payment link once we have approved your listing. 

We provide this Community Notice board solely as a platform for you to advertise your listing. We, under no circumstances, will be held responsible for any damages or losses suffered by you or a potential buyer. 


All listings are subject to approval. Listings will be reviewed by Us and We reserve the right to deny or remove a listing at any time. 

All listings must not violate the rights of any third party (including any intellectual property rights) and must not violate applicable law or regulation. 

You are permitted to creating a listing for the following purposes:
•    Items for sale 
•    Items wanted 
•    Shops and businesses for sale
•    Job advertisements – staff available 
•    Job advertisements – staff wanted 
We reserve the right to redetermine what items are and aren’t allowed to be listed. If we discover that a listing violates our terms, we may remove the listing. If a listing if removed because it violates our terms after we have approved your initial listing request, a refund may be issued to you at our sole discretion.  


You can only create a listing for the allowed purposes. The following items are strictly prohibited. Please note that the list is not exhaustive:

  • Illegal items: Any goods or materials in which the possession, trading, selling, posting, carriage or production is prohibited by any applicable law, rule or regulation. Such as:

    • Counterfeit items;

    • Items that infringe the Intellectual Property of third parties;

    • Items that promote or display violence discrimination, hatred, crime, terrorism;

    • Stolen items;

    • Weapons, including replica and airsoft;

    • Embargoed goods

    • Items that are otherwise prohibited by law or regulation.


  • Unsafe Items: Items that do not comply with hygiene standards (i.e. cosmetics), or may pose health or safety risks;

  • Recalled products that were recalled by manufactures for non-compliance or safety reasons;

  • Items with sharp edges or points that could cause a cut or puncture (i.e. scissors, wire)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Adult items

  • Alcohol

  • Animals/Animal Products/Animal traps

  • Artefacts and cave formations

  • BETA and OEM software

  • Bullion

  • Collectable Currency/ Replica coins and currency/ Virtual currency   

  • Electronically delivered items

  • Event Tickets

  • Fertiliser and pesticides  

  • Food

  • Jewellery

  • Lockpicking devices  

  • Lottery tickets  

  • Medical devices  

  • Military items   

  • Perfume  

  • Plants and seeds  

  • Police-related items  

  • Prescription and over-the-counter drugs  

  • Products with eligibility requirements  

  • Slot machines  

  • Social media and reviews manipulation  

  • Stamps  

  • Stocks and securities  

  • Titles  

  • Tobacco and e-cigarettes  

  • Travel

  • You must have a current Email, Corporate, Business or Individual Subscription to be able to create a listing.

  • We oversee, administer and moderate this Community Noticeboard, however, We cannot be held accountable for accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the content on each listing.

  • You need to download and complete a listing template and email your listing to We will review your listing and, if it meets these Listing Rules, We will upload your listing to the Community Noticeboard.

  • All listings sent for review should include your name and email address registered with your subscription,  purpose for listing, advert title,  description, item condition, ,your contact details to be posted alongside your listing (name, contact email address and/or telephone number), location,  price, quantity available and photographs (up to 5 images).

  • Listings will be live on the site for 4 weeks from time of listing. After this time, it will removed from the Site.

  • If your listing sells or you wish to remove your listing before it is removed from the Site, you must contact us via email at Please note: No refunds will be issued if you remove your listing early.

  • By creating a listing, you acknowledge and consent to your contact details (name, contact email address and/or telephone number) to be posted alongside your listing. Please note: this Site is publicly accessible and We cannot be held liable for any misuse of your contact details.

  • By creating a listing, you acknowledge and consent to your listing being shared on our social media sites.

  • You are fully liable for any information contained in your listing  on the Community Noticeboard as well as for the items listed. You acknowledge and accept that you are fully responsible for your listing and all information supplied.

  • You are solely responsible for interactions that may occur with potential buyers and any disputes that may arise. We provide this Community Notice board solely as a platform for you to advertise your listing. Any sale/purchase or negotiation that may occur are solely between you and the buyer.

  • Any payments for listings sold will take place directly between you and the buyer. We will not enter into any communications regarding transactions and will not be held responsible for disputes that may arise.
