Hosted by Caroline Marshall-Foster with confirmed guest speakers: Morgan Douglas Nuth and Nick Pegge. Caroline will be chatting to each of our successful, business-minded guests who will be sharing their tips for peak success. From how early they start preparing, what can be done ahead of time and how they ensure they maximise on the busiest days of a Florist's calendar.

Morgan Douglas Nuth

Morgan is owner of Old Oak Floral Designers, Ascot and comes from a family of florists following his mother into the business over 20 years ago. Previously owning multiple florist shops in London, Morgan now concentrates on his luxury store in Ascot where he also runs a very busy flower school. Morgan has gained a reputation for his international design & flair, which has secured him a position as one of the UK's leading floral designers. He is in demand for his demonstration work, Product Development, RHS Chelsea & Hampton Court expertise & Photography Lifestyle Design work to name but a few.

Nick Pegge

Nick is one of the directors of Oops a Daisy Floral Design in Norwich, Norfolk. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry, originally as a commercial cut flower grower, then as a fresh flower & plant importer and wholesaler and as director of several retail florist shops. He is passionate about our industry and always strives to find new ways to improve and develop the professionalism and perception of the floral trade.
