As part of their member support programme Direct2Florist bought out some days at the recent BFA organised European Florist School, held at Moreton Morrell College.
The nine individual days were made available via a draw and saw D2F members from around the UK as well as their Business Development Director Wendy Rea (you can read an interview with her here) take part in some stunning workshops led by top designers, Iza Tkaczyk, Dominique Herold and Premysl Hytych.
In addition all 42 attendees went to The Drawing Room in Leamington Spa for a great meal, exchange stories and have the odd tipple.
Commenting on the event Managing Director Simon Stirling said “We did a draw to decide which members had these days. Not only was it great for them to work on designer pieces but it was a fabulous opportunity to chat with fellow florists.
We wanted to promote and encourage the future of floristry so made sense to support the event and the feedback from members who attended has been amazing.”
