Digital Florists

Digital Florists was born from the frustration of Gemma from Booker Flowers, the owner of a busy florist in Liverpool. Gemma met Lewis, and, together they built software that could solve Gemma’s frustrations. They created software that could help all Florists have more time to do what they love by reducing admin whilst giving them the tools to run their business.

Many features have been built to make florists lives easier including:


  • The Dashboard

All your orders in one place the dashboard is where all your shop orders, website and relay orders go. Designed to allow you and your team to find all the information you need to make up your orders, and your daily tasks, so nothing gets forgotten. Beautifully colour coded so it is easy to see what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and by who.


  • Order Taking

  1. no duplicate customer identities, on the rare occasion someone slips through the net, and you get 2 identities they can be merged whilst preserving the historical order data from both identities and bring them into one.

  2. Regular contract, repeat or subscription orders need only be entered once and can be set on repeat so that you do not have to keep entering.

  3. Customers can order for multiple addresses as part of one transaction and pay for it in one go.

  4. For phone orders it integrates with select payment merchants, allowing you to take payments within the software, freeing up your chip and pin for the in-store customers.

  5. Products can be uploaded so that all your designs makeup menus can be seen from the dashboard



  • Go Paperless

Florists can optionally go entirely paperless. With our workflow, you can reduce most of the paper within your florist, orders need not be printed, tasks, reminders and appointments are also integrated into your daily dashboard. Weddings and events can be planned virtually eliminating the need to print every communication. If you still want to print address labels and card messages, you can use a dedicated label printer.


  • Delivery Portal & Drivers App

Designed to make it easy for you to plan and route your deliveries. Digital Florists will allow you to simply create your deliveries, and then send them straight to your driver’s phones, cutting out the paperwork, and sending pictures or even SMS messages within a minute of the delivery to your customers. Routing uses industry leading technology to determine the best uses, considering traffic data.


  • Notifications

Allow your customers to stay informed with customized notifications for every order. Customers are increasingly expecting increased delivery communication, and, at peak times, the time savings keeping customers updated significantly reduces the calls you receive. Photos can be sent to customers at the point of delivery. This photo will also be saved to the order so you can use it for future reference. You can also set up notifications to automatically ask for reviews, increasing your google reviews.


  • Tasks

Our unique task system helps you remember what needs to be done and by when. This means you do not have to have bits of paper helping you remember, and the system does lots of the remembering for you with features like

  • Point of Sale

We provide a POS system built for the unique workings of a florist, allowing you to create local & relay orders within your POS. It can also be used as stock control for your gift stock and addons and has barcode scanning functionality.


  • Wedding and Events

Digital Florists contains a fully digitized event management system - A full wedding and events CRM. Keep track of your entire event lifecycle paper Lessly. Use Automations to automatically follow up quotes and processes such as texting after sending a quote or create simple checklists to remind you what you need to do. Quoting is made effortless with our template system which you can adapt to your store. Easily create a shopping list of the stems you need to buy and save recipes with photographs for future reference. Your wedding orders are integrated with the task calendar and can be put on your delivery runs.


  • Audit Logging

All meaningful activities from Order Management, such as creating an order, editing, to taking payments right through to delivery of orders are logged to the operator, making this a useful management tool as you can easily see who has done what and when. Robust logging is also available for tasks, events, and any other significant administrative task. This information is then compiled and helps to provide powerful Analytics.


  • Analytics

Gain invaluable insights into your business with our comprehensive analytics at your fingertips. Understand crucial aspects of your business such as returning customer rates, average order values, and total sales, presented in useful graphs. Know how many miles your drivers have driven and how many miles and deliveries they have made. Quickly and easily see which products sold well at the previous peak and where those orders came from and how many items you sold over the phone, instore and on the website. At the touch of a button know which staff member has sold the most what their average order is and how many add Ons they have sold.


  • Business Portal

Manage invoices and payments from your credit account customers with a flexible system that can send invoices out the way you and your customer want. Reporting allows you to see any outstanding invoices quickly and easily. This information can be downloaded to integrate with your account’s software. Discount and Special Delivery fees can all be applied at customer level and automatically come off the orders.


  • Designed with Peaks in Mind

We understand that what works for everyday order management needs to be managed differently at peaks. The system has been designed flexibly so if you work another way at peaks, you can still easily keep track of your orders. Features such as stock control and product substitution mean you can easily keep track of what has been sold, which makes it easier to determine whether bespoke products still need to be made.


  • Website Integrations

We seamlessly integrate with popular website platforms like Florist Window, Florist Pro, Direct2Florist, Shopify, Wix, and WordPress. We can even integrate with your custom website, making it easy for you to manage your online presence.
