Environmentally Friendly Vase Cleaning

Updated: 1 day ago

Using just a few environmentally friendly products will revitalise your vases. Tackling the most stubborn and unsightly stains and tide-marks, bicarbonate of soda, half a lemon and white vinegar can refresh your glassware.

  1. Cut a lemon in half

  2. Sprinkle bicarbonate of soda on your cut lemon

  3. Rub the lemon directly on to your vase and wait about 15-30 minutes

  4. rinse your vase with warm water

  5. Add a squirt of white vinegar and wipe

  6. pour your solution out

Bonus Tip!: re-use this solution by pouring it into another mucky vase

  1. Dry your vase and enjoy the brand new look
