Why it's Important to Keep Learning

Continuous Professional Development, often shortened to CPD, is a process of recording and tracking skills, knowledge and experiences that you gain during your working life and after any initial training. These skills can be gained in a formal environment, such as a attending a course or can be gained informally, such as by attending a trade show or conference. It is a record of what you experience, learn, and apply within your profession.
