It’s that time of year when florists are up to their ears in spruce, pine and orange slices, creating Christmas wreaths for sale while many are also simultaneously running wreath workshops. But how can we ensure that our Christmas wreaths are as eco-friendly as possible?
Foam is of course a no-no, so it’s back to basics with the traditional moss-based wreath, which currently is the construction least damaging to the environment, especially as it is now possible to buy moss which has been ethically grown in a sustained, controlled environment and not harvested from the wild.
