How to Optimise Wedding Bookings

I am predominantly a wedding florist and even after nearly four decades in the industry it still gets me excited. I average between 48 and 60 weddings a year and have a high conversion rate.

Since the chaos following Covid settled, things have changed and we are all having to up our game to secure those future bookings. There seems to be a lot more shopping around and reaching out to multiple florists for quotes and I do think that price is playing a huge part in this.
